Shipping times

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.


Returns

We want you and your pet to love every item you receive.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or pet use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
