At Les Chouchoutes, we want you and your furry friend to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
in the same condition that you received it;
unworn, unused, and clean;
with all original tags attached;
in its original packaging;
accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sizing
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
If you’re unsure about the correct size for your dog, we’re always happy to help before you purchase.
Returns due to incorrect size selection may be accepted if all return conditions are met.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
