How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog’s chest girth, neck, and back length and comparing these measurements with our size chart.
• Chest girth is measured at the widest part of the chest (just behind the front legs).
• Neck girth is measured where the collar usually sits.
• Back length is measured from the base of the neck (at the withers) to the base of the tail.
Measure your dog while standing, using a soft measuring tape, and avoid pulling too tightly. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
Can the clothing be machine washed?
Yes, most items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at temperatures up to 30°C (86°F). We recommend using mild detergents.
What should I do if the size doesn’t fit?
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
